An independent, Impartial, speedy and efficient judicial system is the very essence of civilisation. The supreme court is the most sacred institution and the supreme apostle of justice in India. The government's motto is Satyameva Jayate. The concept of Nyaya Devata, which elevates justice to the status of the Divine, is ingrained in Indian culture. On the emblem of the Supreme court is inscribed the maxim, which defines its role: Yatbo Dharmastbatbo Jayab (Triumph is where Dharma, or the right order, is). Securing Justice- social, economic and Political- to all citizens is one of the key mandates as also the comerstone of the Indian constitution.

But like an antithesis to the above, our judiciary, owing to its very nature of functioning, has become ponderous, excruciatingly slow and somewhat inefficient. The imposition of many archaic and dilatory procedures have proved to be extremely damaging of our governance and society. As Mr. Nani Palkhiwala, expert in jurisprudence, observed once, '' the progress of civil suit in our courts of law is the closest thing to eternity we can experience! Our laws and their interpretation and adjudication have led to enormous miseries for the litigants and have forced people to look for extra- legal alternatives. Any one , who is even remotely exposed to the problem of land grabbing in our cities, or a house owner who finds it virtually impossible to evict a tenant after due notice even for self occupation, can easily understand how the justice system has failed.''

I met several crossroads in my life,
Some were unhappy and a few were packed with delight,
Some were forced and a few were desired,
I met several crossroads in my life.

Looking back into few chapters of my life,
I saw myself ever-changing from time to time,
My looks, my thoughts, my desires and my need
I continue to move from this to that.

I was born a baby,
Soon I became a brother,
I kept on moving several relations time to time,
Son the time came whenever I used to be searching for my miss,
I saw you once my golden charmer,
I remember I loved you with each beat of my heart that summer,
But you broke my heart along with your words Like a hammer,
And currently yo are nobody but a known coward.

I selected to move on from one lover to another,
Transition gave me thousand deaths,
I was muzzled at your departure,
Leading my life in distress,
Only to fulfill my best,
I realized currently that this was all a test,
You were meant to meet me,
In the style of lover or enemy,
I was too meant to be v chapter of your life,
We were bonded to complete the lessons of our past lives.

I had to depart you at a crossroad where we both have a tendency to shine,
My journey to search out my miss moved ahead with time,
I met several crossroad in my life,
Some bought me disappointment, some bought me delight,
But I am pleased with the change now,
It make my soul more spirited and full of glow,
It make me so full of light,
I am trying forward to new delight,
In the kind of a new crossroad in my life,
Where I'd be happy one more time,
I realize I had to go away from you for my progress in time,
I realize I had to go,
I had to go....!!!!!!!!!

I HaD TO GO...!!!!!!!!!!!

Talent is not the preserve of a single country. There are proficients personnel in every country namely scientists, experts in technology, men of literature or liberal arts, the artists, the painters and so on. These extraordinary talented men and women contribute to the progress and prosperity of the land of their birth as well as bring excellence in their field of expertise. It is very common that some of these brilliant persons are unable to obtain jobs to their satisfaction in their own land and for one reason or others are unable to adjust to their environment. In such circumstances , these persons migrate to other land in search of better job prospects or more material comforts. This exodus or emigration has come to be known in recent years as '' Brain Drain''.

The developing countries are the most affected one in the loss of their skilled and talented persons. The main reason behind this is that in developing countries there are less beneficial prospects in salaries and other facilities, It is possible that the amount of salary may not matter so much to these intellectuals as proper opportunities for enhancing their facilities or improving their talent to give them the feeling of highest fulfilment. Thus a scientist or a specialist in medicine or any other branch of knowledge may even reconcile to a lower pay and other hardships if there is a better recognition of his capabilities, a greater appreciation for his work, and especially better chances of research and improvement in his field of specialisation. Thus a better equipped laboratory or a library can help a large percentage of these national brains to abstain from leaving their motherland in spite of higher salaries in foreign countries.

The brains of a country require continuous advancement, replenishment and nourishment. Money, though a great tempter, however, can not keep superhuman beings couped up within a certain limit forever. They need an continuing unending scope to help their genius bloom to maturity; they need fulfilment of their God-gifted capabilities. It may be that material wealth is also a big allurement but it forms only an insignificant part of the fulfilment they need. When a scientist leaves his own country and choose for another, what motivates his action in that country he hopes to realise his dreams, give complete ropes to his ambition.
It is not uncommon that an ambitious person in order to earn wealth moves into a foreign country because his own country imposes too many restrictions, legally and politically, on the attainment of his hearts desires. Lack of resources and chances have thus prompted eligible people from developing countries to move into the free political atmosphere of USA, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore in search of better opprtunities. On the other hand , there are persons from the developed countries who have left their countries in favour of the developing ones. Certainly, instances are there where fortune- hunters from the developed countries have flocked into the developing ones in search of mineral wealth of natural resources, but their quest had ever been different from that of the intellectuals from the developing world. The glitter of the higher standard of living of the developed regions, and the intellectuals and the specialists have not been able to get rid of the craze for glamour. The result has been that majority of the brains from the developing countries are happy to acquire a standard of living and a set of consumer good like cars, refrigerators, television, etc., which even an ordinary citizen in these developed countries possess little realizing that what they get is far below the accomplishment that they are capable of or should be proud of.

Is it possible to regret 50 Lakh people in census ??? Yes it is, it is in India.
Shocked?? Even i am shocked.........How can our government neglect these 50 lakhs nomadic and de-notified tribes people. One has to take action against it and the time has come to raise our voice against it.
Most of us are having Voter cards, but these nomadic and de notified tribes people don't have it. We all say India is developing, we have right of equality, then where does this so call "right of equality" gone for these people.
These nomadic and de-notified tribes sustained themselves with their show of ancient arts and natural resources, which are now prohibited by our government. Government is successful in saving wild life and animals but what about these people who used to earn using them only?? A big question  and a big reason to worry.

After watching this video , i want to salute Mittal Patel. She is real hero of India. She is the one who is actually helping our country in developing. As told by her in the video that by her great efforts she is able to provide 20,000 people their voter card, their  identification which is not the small thing. She manages to start the marriage tradition in the village of Gujarat where from decades no one is married, where ladies dont marry but have childrens
Her work for the up-liftment of villages of Gujarat and Rajasthan of giving basic rights of living to nomadic and de-notified peoples is really helping our country. This is not the problem of Gujarat only, every state - every city has such people which are not in the list of  our country member. Then is it not our responsibility to do some thing for them ?
Why it should be she only, why can't it be we?? Are we not the citizen of this country ?
There are lots of ways to be a part of this. You can even start through by choosing the right leader, who actually wants to bring change in the system, and have the potential to change it.Another easy option for you is to aware others about it.Encourage people who are trying to bring change. Hindrances will too come but for our nation we have to something, something for our country
Life is full of activities, everyone of us is busy, but if we try to donate some time of ours for such noble cause than without any doubt ,the day is not far when India will be at top. Friends it your country having some errors, than why not you can remove these error and make your country - a successful nation. Just think over it...its YOURS and only YOURS. Nothing is Impossible.

WhatsAppSniffer is a tool for root terminals to read WhatsApp conversations of a WIFI network (Open, WPA/WPA2, WEP). It captures the conversations, pictures / videos and coordinates that aresent or received by an iPhone, Android phone or Nokia on the same WIFI network.
It has not been tested with Windows Phone terminals till yet. It can’t read the messages received or written by the BlackBerry’s, they already have their own servers, use them only and not WhatsApp’s.
This application is made to demonstrate that the security of WhatsApp’s communications is zero. WhatsAppSniffer uses the TCPDump program which reads all the WIFI network packets and filters those which has origin or destination WhatsApp’s servers. All messages are in plain simple text, so it does not decrypt anything, complying fully with the terms of WhatsApp (3.C: “While we do not regret the use of sniffers Such as tcpdump , Ethereal or Http/Watch in general, Any we do going efforts to disallow reverse-engineer system, protocols, or explore outside the boundaries of the ordinary requests made by clients WhatsApp …. “)
For WPA2/WPA encrypted networks, if uses the tool ARPSpoof (optional)
